Why I am Not Supermom // Let Go of Supermom Syndrome!

The Parenting Junkie is not supermom. In fact, supermom is a term she wishes would just drop from our vocabulary. Too many mothers suffer from supermom syndrome, trying to be everything to everyone and still not feeling good enough. This video shows why it’s okay to not be super mom. I am not super mom and you should let go of supermom syndrome as well. This video will highlight why I am not supermom (and why I would not want to be considered supermom) and will help you realize that you too can drop your super mom syndrome.

#1 Hiding the ways we’re not so super [0:27]

#4 It suggests that some moms are not so super [8:11]
